Open Night for anyone interested in Swimming Cycling or Running. Thursday 25th of January 2018 @8pm. Trident Hotel

Ever wanted to Run a 5k. Starting Tuesday the 6th of February, join us at the Dock Beach to receive all the advice to get you there. This will be part of an 8 week program. 3 sessions a week in which you’ll do 2 in your own time. Come down on the night to find out how. 3 weeks FREE, then on the 4th week you have to Join.

Where: Swim Club, Actons Hotel , Kinsale
When:  Kinsale Tri Club is working with Actons to bring a swim training session to you. In the mean time join Actons hotel for the best gym and pool facilities in Kinsale town.

Running
Where: Carpark Between Dino's & Centra
When: Tuesday evenings at 7pm
What: Winter drills at Castlepark / Summer various courses
All levels catered for.

Cycling
Where: Duggans Bridge (Bandon River Bridge), Kinsale
When: Sunday morning at 8:30am
What: Aerobic cycle
All levels catered for.
