  • Where: Duggan’s Bridge
  • Cost: Club session no charge
  • Lead: Siobhan Devlin & Theresa Barnett
About the session: This session will be used to simulate race conditions and in particular transitions. After spending the winter running, cycling and swimming it is good to start putting them all together and practicing one of the key skills of our sport which is the transitions, both in terms of kit changes and more importantly, the transition of muscle groups and energy usage. This session is highly recommended for beginners to practice in a non-race environment and learn from the more experienced club members.
These sessions will be posted in more detail as we get closer to the summer season.
